| Magnavox | 13mt143s | When powering on our Magnavox 13" tv, the screen is bluish in color, shows the channel, has about 5-8 lines across the top and then shuts off. Pressing the power button does nothing unless you unplug it and replug it, then it happens again. | Try to measure the color signals from your 3 color amplifier(s) on the CRT board, with an osciloscoop, and check if they all apear to have the same shape.
If 1 of them is different, you might want to check that color circuit!

No lights, noise, etc. Dead. | Is the main fuse blown?
If yes, there's a problem in the primairy side of the power supply.
If no, check the following:
1) Do you have 300/160V over the main capacitor.
2) Is the primairy-power-transitor "working"?
